The world-famous orchestra I Virtuosi Italiani, with its nearly twenty years of successful performances all over Italy and Europe, has recently joined one of the most highly regarded Italian chamber orchestras, the Accademia I Filarmonici.
The synergy† between both orchestrasí excellent artistic level allows this new orchestra to take a prominent position in Italy and Europe.
The orchestra I Virtuosi Italiani has published a great number of excellent recordings with the most important recording companies, such as Chandos, Emi, Naxos, Dynamic, Verany,† Arcadia; more than† 500.000 copies have been sold all over the world.
I Virtuosi Italiani† has been performing all over Italy and Europe, working together with world-famous conductors and soloists. It has been an acclaimed guest of important festivals all over the world.
Though the main figure remains the traditional Konzertmeister - Alberto Martini, the orchestra I Virtuosi Italiani has always shown great interest for all kinds of repertoire, exploring the grounds of jazz and world music. The main guest conductor is Corrado Rovaris
The orchestra I Virtuosi Italiani has been holding for many years, in Verona, its own concert season I Concerti della Domenica at the prestigious Sala Maffeiana, and the international Festival Atlantide at the Teatro Nuovo.
